- What does the EVP franchise include?
-
As an EVP franchise, you will be granted the exclusive rights, in your designated business sector and territory, to use the EVP name, trademark and system to develop a recruitment business. In addition the EVP system includes pre and post opening training, support for client billing, state of the art technology, proven marketing, sales campaigns and more.
- What is the initial franchise fee and how much capital is required?
-
The current initial franchise fee is $30,000 for a single territory franchise with a designated business sector(s) and territory. We also allow single unit franchisees the opportunity to become Master Developers. The cost of a Master Development Franchise is $75,000. This includes the cost of a single territory franchise.
To open an EVP franchise you will need approximately $40,000 to $100,000 in working capital (which includes your initial franchise fee) to finance your business expenses. The time to achieve break even depends on factors such as local market conditions, competition and your own business acumen.
- How do I earn money as an EVP recruitment franchise?
-
You are paid a referral/placement fee or finder’s fee when a candidate you introduce/place with a client is retained for employment. There are also opportunities to share in revenue through other EVP franchisees as sales orders and talent are referred and shared around the world.
- How much can I make as an EVP franchisee?
-
This is an important question which the Federal Trade Commission addresses under “earning claims” in several sections and sub sections of the federal regulations. EVP does not estimate earnings or results of a franchise business, which will vary from office to office. The real answer to this question will depend mostly how motivated you are, and how effectively you embrace the EVP system. EVP franchisees will be pleased to share their experiences with you.
- What is the advantage of dealing with a recruitment consultant?
-
Like the real estate agent, travel agent or investment advisor, the EVP consultant is able to save the client time and provide the expertise necessary to maximize their investment. The recruitment consultant will only introduce the client to those candidates that meet his/her exact needs, saving the client hundreds of research hours and wasted effort.
- Why should I choose an EVP franchise over another recruitment franchise?
-
Now with over 100 + years of combined experience in staffing and franchising, the EVP brand is poised to expand with the franchise model. The EVP franchisee has the flexibility to specialize and work in a larger then normal territory offered by others.
- Why should I choose the franchise model rather than open independently?
-
Many entrepreneurs choose franchising over independent ownership because they are able to immediately be in business for themselves without having to create entire new business processes. As a result, EVP franchisees receive not only the proven business model and operating system but also the support. To receive the full benefit of being an EVP franchisee it is crucial to follow the EVP system which will minimize risk and maximize your chosen opportunity.
- What kind of ongoing support can I expect?
-
You’ll receive unlimited business support from our experienced staff, whose extensive training will minimize costly startup mistakes. As an EVP Recruitment Consultant you also receive ongoing access to our continually updated systems, tools and technologies that maximize the profitability of your business.
- With no experience in recruitment/staffing, what are my chances for success?
-
This is an excellent opportunity for enterprising individuals with records of accomplishment in mid-level to senior management, training and business careers. Specific experience in the recruitment industry is not required. The EVP system leverages the best of what the recruitment/staffing industry is all about; duplicating the success of others through a proven turn-key system. We provide you with the tools, training and ongoing support to be successful in this business. You will bring the willingness to follow our proven systems.
- What Geographic markets are available?
-
While EVP has offices internationally in such markets as Australia, New Zealand, Asia, China and India we now opened offices in United States and Canada because of the demand. You will find that most major markets by select business sector are still available.
- How Quickly can I start my EVP recruitment business?
-
Within 90 days after the franchise agreement has been completed you should be up and running.
- Should I set up a corporation for my EVP Franchise?
-
The majority of our franchisees are corporations with individuals as personal guarantors. You may decide to personally serve as the franchise holder; however there are often advantages to doing business as a corporation. It is important that you discuss these details with your attorney and accountant and complete corporate filings early in the franchise process to avoid unnecessary delays. An attorney will also be able to explain the terms of our franchise agreement and other related agreements to you.
- May I sell My EVP Franchise?
-
Absolutely, when certain conditions are met. EVP retains a right of first refusal to meet any bonafide offer you receive. We also have the right to approve the buyer to ensure they meet the minimum requirements that are required for a new franchise.
Because we work so closely with your business, you can be confident we'll help you make the right decisions
EVP Recruitment franchises have an edge in the market because all franchisees go through a rigorous selection process to ensure they have the requisite skills and background to recruit for their chosen industry sector.
