The EVP Recruitment opportunity can be financially and professionally rewarding for qualified individuals. If you have the interest and skills required to become an EVP franchisee, complete and return the EVP Confidential Questionnaire.

After receiving your questionnaire, an EVP representative will contact you to discuss the EVP opportunity, answer any questions and review your personal information in more detail. If we mutually decide to proceed, you may request our disclosure document (UFOC—Uniform Franchise Offering Circular), Franchise Agreement and a list of EVP franchisees that you may contact to learn more about the EVP opportunity.

We request that each franchisee candidate complete a behavioral values assessment, so that we may evaluate whether your natural and adapted tendencies are consistent with those of successful EVP recruiting consultants. You will receive a copy of your report upon completion. This is a tool you may also use when interviewing candidates for a senior role with a selective client.

Your information will be reviewed by the EVP Selection Committee. We assess your business experience in your chosen franchise business sector, consulting strengths, and the degree of commitment you are willing to make to achieve success in your EVP franchise. If selected, your franchise agreement, training and start dates will be finalized with you—then you will be on your way to success as an EVP franchise owner!
