The Ethics, Values & Professionalism Training Systems

Training is the cornerstone of the EVP Recruitment success story. The following is an overview of the initial 4 Day intensive training EVP supplies each new franchisee with prior to their opening day of operations. It is understood that some of the new franchisees may have recruitment industry experience and modules have been arranged in such a manner that this direct background will be enriched throughout the training. For those that have no recruitment industry experience, this program is complete in its development and will be supported extensively throughout the first 6 months of your business operation and beyond.

The method of training includes hands-on activities, lecture, demonstration, role play, and assignments. This has been developed using a series of key learning outcomes designed to escalate knowledge transfer and provide a solid, stable foundation for success. We have titled this training and ongoing support “Bringing the Brand to Life”.
